Mohamed DALOUADI: Planner of the Assassination and Main Suspect on the Crime
Who is the suspect:
Concrete evidence of the implication of DALOUADI Mohamed and DALOUADI Mustapha in the assassination of Ahmed NABIH: Among the testimonies, a witness (Ahmed ERRAOUI BH 215775) who has no relation to the deceased, and who works in a rail-road construction site by the place where they found the body, affirmed in his statement to the Royal Gendarmerie that on the night 24/07/2000, around 10:30 PM, he was driving home and he saw coming in the opposite direction by the scene of the crime, a, gray sport utility vehicle coming at high speed which obligated him to slow down. He added that there were two people inside the gray sport utility vehicle. The Royal Gendarmerie found a gray sport utility vehicle of the same description which belonged to Mustapha DALOUADI (brother of Mohamed DALOUADI). Upon interrogation, Mustapha DALOUADI could not justify where he was on the night of the crime. He had no alibi. He stated that he accompanied his wife to his parent’s house to see his mother around 7 p.m. However, his brother DALOUADI Hassan stated that their mother was not at the house that night. He also stated that he went that evening to the mosque to pray and that he spent the evening with his two friends Tajeddine and Jaber. However, his two friends Tajeddine and Jaber stated that they were not with Mustapha DALOUADI, as he had proposed. The eye witness Ahmed ERRAWI identified the fore mentioned Mustapha DALOUADI among four other people within the framework of the investigation of the BNPJ (National Brigade of Criminal Investigation Department) as the same person that was in the gray sport utility vehicle driven at a high rate of speed by the crime scene, the night of the murder (the witness never saw or knew DALOUADI Mustapha before) to see the statement of the BNPJ Facts related to the crime and the Suspicious behavior of the suspect "Mohamed DALOUADI" - Mohamed DALOUADI was present at the crime place and attended the washing of the car. - Mohamed DALOUADI was acting strange and different when the body was carried first at Hassan II Hospital. - Mohamed DALOUADI did not let the wife of the late to have a last look at the body of her husband. - Mohamed DALOUADI followed the ambulance that transported the body of the victim to the Medical Legal Center of Ain-Chok and attended the autopsy. - Mohamed DALOUADI was opposing the need of the autopsy. - Mohamed DALOUADI tried to get statements of the interrogations from the Royal Gendarmerie and his request were rejected. - Mohamed DALOUADI sent his brother Hassan DALOUADI for the same purpose and the request was again refused. - Mohamed DALOUADI sent the same brother to the Caid "Judge" Mustapha SALHI to get a certificate of death that was already made. Caid SALHI did not go to the crime place and did not wait for the autopsy to be done. Caid wrote in the certificate that the victim was found “dead” and not killed. - It should be noted that the same Caid Mustapha SALHI signed 16 falsified documents for the benefit of Mohamed DALOUADI who used them for the affair of forgery against the three women. - It should be noted also that few days before the crime, the deceased received in his office the two brothers Hassan DALOUADI and Mohamed DALOUADI. The deceased asked his secretary (Mr. Thami El ASSLI CIN W70389) to leave for privacy purposes. These facts raise several questions: - What was Mustapha DALOUADI doing at the crime place at 10:30 p.m. on the crime night? Who was with Mustapha DALOUADI in the gray sport utility vehicle while they were fleeing from the scene of the crime? Why did Mustapha DALOUADI hide his car after the crime took place? And why did he sell it right away? Conclusion: All these facts lead to the conclusion that Mohamed DALOUADI and his brother Mustapha DALOUADI are implicated in the murder of Ahmed NABIH. The former was the planner and the beneficiary and the later has to do with the execution of the murder with the help of other non-known person(s’).
