The Use of Forgery: DALOUADI Mohamed, the number one suspect in the assassination of Ahmed NABIH, in collaboration with other criminals procured the falsification of documents and forgery of signatures to possess land that does not belong to them. Among the victims of forgery were three women, MOUKRIM FATNA, ZAHIDI MERYEM CIN WA67045, and MOUKRIM Khadouj CIN BK 40483. The later is a sister of Ahmed Nabih’s spouse. All three women were illiterate, aged, and powerless. DALOUADI Mohamed forged the signatures of the three women in the Register of Notarization of Signatures. He also falsified the sales contract of the land that the three women possessed. It should be noted that this particular case is still in trail and that Ahmed Nabih, the victim of the assassination advocated for and assisted the three powerless women to protect their land. DALOUADI Mohamed did not tolerate Nabih’s advocacy for the women. This incited DALOUADI Mohamed’s hate for Ahmed Nabih and the desire for revenge. A few days before the assassination, Ahmed Nabih was visited in his office by DALOUADI Mohamed and his brother DALOUADI Hassan. The two brothers asked for a private discussion with the victim who then asked his secretary to leave. Both Brothers asked the victim to stop his advocacy for the women. The victim refused and informed the two brothers that justice would be done for the three women. |
